Metallic and gold inks perform best on high-gloss coated papers (LWC, satin, and gloss coated), where the aluminium pigment particles can lie flat for maximum reflectivity. Uncoated or matte papers may yield reduced metallic brilliance due to higher surface absorbency. We recommend verifying ink viscosity and paper surface roughness (Ra value) before going to press.

Yes, we formulate custom inks based on PANTONE Matching System (PMS) references using spectrophotometric measurement, targeting a Delta-E below 1.5 and conforming to the ISO 2846-1 color standard. Standard PANTONE Solid Coated/Uncoated references are typically available from stock, while other PMS colors can be formulated quickly. We verify color accuracy on press-proof sheets before final production.

An offset blanket typically lasts between 500,000 and 2,000,000 impressions depending on press conditions, ink type, and substrate. Signs that replacement is needed include hardening, surface pitting, uneven ink transfer, or increased dot gain. Our technical team assesses blanket condition free of charge during routine maintenance visits.

There is no minimum order quantity for stock products — even a single can can be supplied. For custom color (spot color) production, the minimum order is 5 kg, which allows us to optimise formulation costs and ensure press consistency. For addresses within Istanbul, we offer same-day delivery on stock products for orders placed before 12:00 noon. Deliveries to other provinces in Turkey typically take 1–2 business days, while custom color productions are delivered within 1–3 business days after sample approval. New customers are offered prepayment or bank transfer options. Established customers may qualify for credit limits and 30–60 day payment terms. All invoices and delivery notes comply with Turkish commercial law requirements, and project-based payment plans are available for large-scale contracts.

We guarantee colour consistency through spectrophotometric measurement, standardised ink density control, and L*a*b* value monitoring throughout production. Every batch is tested against ISO 2846-1 and ISO 12647-2 tolerances, with Delta-E maintained within acceptable limits. For long-run projects we retain the same formulation to preserve lot-to-lot consistency.

Drying issues can stem from ink composition, paper absorbency, press speed, or ambient conditions such as temperature and humidity.
